Job Description
Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill invites a passionate Pastry Chef to lead our pastry program across dining, events and estate experiences.
You will craft exquisite, seasonally-inspired desserts and breads that reflect our region and vineyard setting.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will design menus, mentor junior chefs, and uphold top-tier presentation and food safety standards in a luxury hotel setting.
A rotating weekend roster is required.
