Job Description
Royal Oak in Fitzroy North is seeking a Dining Room Manager to own a 60-seat dining room and lead the next stage of its development.
You will be on the floor during service, set the tone for the team, and ensure warm, confident hospitality while working closely with the kitchen and wider management team.
This hands-on role offers genuine prospects for growth within the venue and group, supported by a cooperative leadership team including Venue Manager and Head Chef.
