Job Description
Village Cinemas is seeking a Duty Manager to join Australia's longest-running locally owned cinema chain.
You will be part of the leadership team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring guests have a seamless, memorable experience.
Reporting to the site leadership team, you will manage front-of-house duties, coaching staff on Service Steps, and resolving guest escalations with professionalism.
You will also be responsible for rostering, cleanliness, safety compliance, and supporting inventory
