Job Description
Cappro Pacific is seeking an experienced Rental BDM to drive current business across Melbourne and regional Victoria.
You will target Tier 2 and 3 civil and earthmoving contractors, while supporting the growth of a recent fleet of machinery.
The role requires proven rental experience, robust network in Victorian markets, and the drive to win new accounts.
You will manage relationships with key decision-makers, close deals, and contribute to a growing fleet and revenue stream.
