We are offering a fantastic position for someone to cover 12 months of maternity leave as a Medical Receptionist. Comprehensive training will be offered. This is a wonderful chance for someone to learn recent skills with the hope of gaining a full-time position in the medical industry.
Key responsibilities n

Greeting and welcoming patients, visitors and callers in a qualified and friendly manner.

Managing phone and emails enquiries, direction queries appropriately.

Scheduling appointments and assisting with follow ups.

Supporting the team with administration tasks, reporting and data entry.

Providing general office support to ensure effective operations.
