Job Description
Nisbets Australia is a leading catering equipment supplier seeking a Customer Support Specialist for our Call Centre on a permanent full time basis.
You will handle inbound calls, process orders, and resolve delivery inquiries to support excellent customer service.
Ideal candidates will have solid numeracy and literacy, excellent communication, and the ability to work autonomously to meet KPIs.
