Job Description
Brandbank Group is seeking a Senior Lease Administrator to support the General Manager - Property and manage the property portfolio.
The role focuses on lease data integrity, leasing transactions, and portfolio optimization in a dynamic retail setting.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in lease administration, solid knowledge of the Australian Retail Leases Act, and advanced Excel skills.
This is a 9-month fixed-term contract with an in office presence at St Kilda Road offices.
