Job Description
Allara Support Services in Bathurst seeks compassionate Support Workers to assist participants with complex needs across housing sites.
You'll provide high-intensity support, personal care, daily living activities, and community engagement, following care plans and safety protocols.
A Cert III in Disability or Community Services and WWCC/NDIS checks are preferred.
Versatile rosters, including overnights, weekends and holidays, are required.
