Job Description
Refari, a Melbourne scale-up, is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead 30 engineers across five squads from our Collingwood office.
You will report to the CTO and work with the founder and board to shape technical strategy while owning delivery, reliability, and hiring for continued growth in a hybrid setting.
Bring a track record of scaling teams, cloud-based product experience, and robust leadership of managers.
