About the Chance n
We are looking for adynamic, passionate, and experienced Practice Manager to lead our fantasticteam of highly experienced doctors, registered nurses and administrative team members at our Ochre Eumundi practice.
Location: Ochre Medical Centre Eumundi Core Responsibilities: n
n
Ensure the Practice providesbest practiceprimary health care to the community
n
Ensure process and systems are in accordance with National Standards for Accreditation
n
Manage team performance of practice clinical and non-clinical employees
n
Source and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, health providers, and community organisations
n
Develop and implement a practice business plan which will enhance further an already high standard of patient health outcomes while driving financial sustainability
n




Previous experience in management (any industry, ideally 3– 5+years' experience working with multidisciplinary teams will be highly regarded)
n
Experience in financial management and reporting processes
n
Valuable working knowledgeof the MedicareSchedule
n
Strength in building customer and stakeholder relationships
n
Ability to manage a diverse range of Team members and contractors
n
Demonstrated patient-focused approach in service provision
n
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
n
n
