Job Description
YMCA Queensland is seeking an enthusiastic Educational Leader to join the The Gap Outside School Hours Care team on a permanent part time basis.
You'll shape engaging programs, guide a team of educators, and ensure every child feels secure, supported and included.
Working with the Children's Services Leadership Team, you'll drive program development, coach staff, and champion play-based learning that aligns with frameworks while partnering with families and schools.
