BlueCare is seeking a Senior Personal Carer to provide client-centered care in Innisfail and surrounding areas.
You will conduct intake, develop personalised care plans and support clients in daily living, transport and social activities.
Role requires Certificate III Aged Care or equivalent, a current Australian driver's licence and a roadworthy vehicle for work.
You will work on the road, building meaningful relationships with clients in their homes.
