This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyse business requirements, improve ICT systems and processes, and support the delivery of technology solutions across VITEC’s IPTV, video streaming, digital signage and IP video technology setting.

About the Role VITEC is seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst to analyse business and technology requirements and translate operational and customer needs into effective ICT solutions. The ICT Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, product, engineering, software development, operations, sales and support teams to identify business requirements, improve existing systems and processes, and support the delivery of technology solutions aligned with VITEC's IPTV, video streaming, digital signage and IP video technology services. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and information technology, with the ability to assess existing systems, identify opportunities for improvement, document functional and technical requirements, and facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities Consult with business stakeholders to identify, analyse and document business requirements, operational needs and technology objectives. Analyse existing business processes, ICT systems and workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, functionality, reliability and user experience. Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, process maps, user stories, business rules and other technical documentation for development and implementation teams.

Work with software, engineering, product and technical teams to evaluate proposed ICT solutions and ensure they address identified business requirements. Analyse requirements relating to VITEC's IPTV, video streaming, digital signage, content management,



video distribution and related technology solutions. Assist in the assessment, configuration, enhancement and integration of business applications and ICT systems used across the organisation.

Gather and analyse information from users, customers and internal stakeholders to identify system issues, operational gaps and opportunities for improvement. Develop process models, data flow diagrams, system specifications and other documentation to support system development and implementation. Coordinate user acceptance testing, including developing test scenarios, documenting test results and assisting users in validating system functionality.

Investigate system and process issues, determine root causes and work with relevant technical teams to develop appropriate solutions. Support the implementation of new ICT systems, system enhancements, upgrades and process improvements. Monitor the performance and effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend further improvements where required.

Assist with data analysis and reporting to support operational, product and management decision-making. Maintain accurate documentation relating to business requirements, system processes, configurations, testing and implementation activities. Work collaboratively with internationally distributed teams and stakeholders across different business functions.

Assist with project planning, requirements management, risk identification and implementation activities for ICT projects. Ensure proposed technology solutions are consistent with VITEC's business objectives, customer requirements, security considerations and operational needs. Provide ongoing support and advice to business users regarding ICT systems,



processes and technology solutions.

Experience with business process analysis, workflow modelling and process improvement. Ability to prepare functional specifications, process documentation, requirements documentation and test plans. Understanding of software development and systems implementation processes.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with software developers, engineers, product teams, operations and business users. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requirements and projects.

Ability to analyse data and use information to support business and technology decisions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative and internationally focused team.

Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems or a related discipline. Expert level in Datapath video wall control and control room solutions. Relevant professional experience in ICT business analysis, systems analysis, business systems or a similar role.

Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business and system requirements.

Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience supporting system implementation, software development, testing or process improvement activities. Knowledge of ICT systems, databases, software applications and system integration concepts.

Experience in an international technology, software, telecommunications, broadcasting, media or related environment would be advantageous. Knowledge of IPTV, video streaming, digital signage, IP networking or related technologies would be advantageous.
