Westbourne Grammar is seeking a customer-focused ICT Support Technician (Level 1) to provide first-line technical support to staff and students across the School. As the primary point of contact for ICT support requests, you will help ensure the reliable operation of technology services while delivering exceptional customer support.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role within our ICT team, providing first-line support to staff and students across the School. You will assist with Service Desk operations, troubleshooting, and device deployments while contributing to a reliable and positive technology experience for our school community.

About You

- You are a security-minded infrastructure professional with:
- Experience providing ICT support in a helpdesk, Service Desk or customer support environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with users of varying technical abilities.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows devices and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Sound troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software and peripheral devices.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to support requests in a timely manner.




- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop technical capability.
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
