About the Opportunity We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused team player to join our Renovators Discount Centre (RDC) and Taps team. This casual role suits someone who enjoys helping customers, learning about products and working as part of a team. Retail, sales or trade experience is an advantage, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

Current

Roster- Subject to change and agreement with the manager.

Week One: Monday and Tuesday, 7:30am–5:00pm Week Two: Monday and Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm, and Saturday, 8:00am–4:00pm. The roster repeats every two weeks. Availability every second Saturday is essential.



What You’ll Be Doing - Assisting customers with product selection and sales

- Learning about bathroom, tapware and renovation products
- Processing sales and preparing quotes
- Maintaining stock and showroom presentation
- Supporting outstanding customer service What We’re Looking For - Retail, sales or customer service experience an advantage
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable, organised and willing to learn
- Positive, team-focused attitude
