Profectus is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Lead to support an enterprise budgeting and reporting platform within an Australian Government agency. The platform is built on IBM Cognos, TM1 and Planning Analytics and supports several thousand users. The work covers platform administration, upgrades and patching, security accreditation and disaster recovery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the management, administration, monitoring and maintenance of IBM Cognos, TM1 and Planning Analytics Workspace environments
- Plan and deliver IBM version upgrades, patches and vulnerability remediation
- Manage setting provisioning, release and promotion across development, test and production
- Monitor availability, performance and capacity, and provide operational reporting
- Schedule maintenance outside standard operating hours to minimise disruption to users
- Implement security controls and support Authority to Operate accreditation and certification renewals
- Maintain backup, recovery and disaster recovery plans, and run recovery testing
- Manage integration and interfaces between TM1 and other enterprise systems
- Coordinate with internal ICT teams and vendors, including IBM, to resolve issues and plan platform changes

Required Experience





- Administration and support of IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 environments
- Delivering IBM Planning Analytics or Cognos version upgrades and patching
- Managing development, test and production environments, including release and promotion
- Implementing security controls and vulnerability remediation
- Backup, recovery and disaster recovery planning and testing
- Leading platform support activities and coordinating with vendors

Desirable Experience

- Supporting Authority to Operate (ATO) accreditation within Defence
- Working in Defence ICT environments
- IBM Cognos Analytics administration
- Integration of SAP data sources with TM1
- ITIL certification

Security Clearance Requirements

- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Must have a current AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance
