Wave International is seeking a Infrastructure & Cyber Security Manager to join our IT team based in our QV1 office in Perth CBD. In this role you will provide technical leadership across Wave's enterprise technology environment, ensuring our infrastructure, security and Microsoft platforms support a growing national business and its project delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender and the broader technology environment.

- Lead the delivery, support and continuous improvement of infrastructure, networking, security and cloud services.

- Drive cyber security initiatives, risk reduction strategies and security maturity improvements across the business.

- Ensure robust backup, recovery and disaster recovery capabilities are maintained and regularly tested.

- Lead the planning and implementation of infrastructure upgrades, technology projects and business-critical solutions.





- Establish and maintain technical standards, governance frameworks, documentation and best practices.

- Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues and provide mentoring to the wider IT team.

- Partner with the Service Desk Manager to improve service delivery, user experience and operational effectiveness.

- Contribute to technology roadmaps, budgeting, strategic planning and future technology investments that support Wave's growth.

About You

You are an experienced technical professional who enjoys combining hands-on technology expertise with leadership and developing others.

You bring strong experience across:

- Microsoft cloud and endpoint technologies, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft Defender.

- Infrastructure and operations, including Windows Server, virtualisation, networking, firewalls, backup and disaster recovery.

- Cybersecurity and identity, including security operations and identity and access management.

- Strong troubleshooting and technical design capability.

- Clear communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
