With continued growth across the business, they’re looking to welcome an Intermediate Accountant who’s keen to learn, get involved and continue developing their skills.

You’ll work closely with experienced Managers and Partners, gain exposure to a varied client base and gradually take on more responsibility as your confidence grows. There’s also the opportunity to get involved in tax planning and business advisory work, helping you understand not just the numbers, but the bigger picture behind each client’s business.

It’s a role for someone who enjoys the technical side of accounting but also wants to build relationships, ask questions, share ideas and become a trusted point of contact for their clients.

The role

You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working across a diverse portfolio of clients and gaining exposure to areas including:

- Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for a range of clients

- Building relationships through regular client communication and being involved in day-to-day queries

- Working with SMEs, family groups and high-net-worth individuals

- Supporting tax planning and broader business advisory engagements

- Collaborating with Managers and Partners to deliver quality outcomes for clients

- Taking ownership of your work while having access to guidance, feedback and support when you need it

What we’re looking for

We’re keen to speak with someone who is curious, motivated and ready to keep building their technical and client-facing skills.

Ideally,



you’ll have:

- 1–3 years’ experience in Australian public practice

- Experience preparing financial statements and tax returns

- Good communication skills and an interest in working directly with clients
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work
- A genuine interest in tax planning, advisory and understanding clients’ businesses

- CA or CPA studies underway, or a genuine intention to get started

You don’t need to know everything already. What matters is that you’re willing to learn, comfortable asking questions and keen to grow alongside a team that wants to see you succeed.
