About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales / Customer Service Representative to be based at our Warnervale NSW office. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in driving our sales objectives whilst delivering outstanding customer service. In this role, you will be the voice of Gorilla Wall, managing inbound customer inquiries, processing orders, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive business growth. This position is integral to our success and offers the opportunity to make a real impact on our customer experience and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correctly documented

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities whilst addressing customer needs

- Provide accurate product and service information to customers, answering questions and resolving concerns

- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer records in our sales management system

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team performance goals





- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experiences

- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback and suggestions to enhance processes

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in an inbound sales or customer service role within a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively

- Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify customer needs and close sales confidently

- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office Suite

- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions whilst maintaining quality
- A customer-first mindset with genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines
- The ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customer situations
