Discovery is seeking an Employee Connection Specialist to support APAC HR Services.
The role, based in Sydney, will handle employee inquiries, HR transactions in Workday,onboarding/offboarding,payroll prep, perks, and compliance across Australia.
You will identify process improvements to scale a outstanding employee experience aligned with our culture and collaborate with Tier 2 or relevant teams as needed.
