Star Group, an Australian-owned company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Mentone office.
You will handle calls, emails, and portal queries, guiding customers through their journey with first-call resolution and friendly support.
You'll collaborate with Warehouse, Head of Customer, and Account Managers to ensure accurate order processing, delivery updates, and productive returns and invoicing.
In office parking and a comprehensive onboarding are provided.
