Job Description
CVL is recruiting a hands-on recruitment operator to lead high-volume sourcing for blue-collar and trades roles in Victoria.
You will own the talent pool, screen candidates, manage offers and ensure right-to-work compliance, reporting to the CEO and coordinating with Operations.
You will build systems and dashboards, align forecasts with site demand, and implement end-to-end recruitment workflows in a start-up setting.
Experience scaling a resourcing function is desirable.
