HR Partners is seeking an Operations Officer to join our team in Parramatta, focusing on the end-to-end issuance of bank guarantees in a high-volume, 24-hour SLA workplace.
This 12-month temp role starts with onsite training and moves to a hybrid setup after 3–4 months.
You will review documents, perform quality and risk checks, and collaborate with an offshore team to ensure smooth handovers and system updates.
