You will lead maintenance, compliance, and asset management for hotel and retail venues, driving uptime and overseeing a facilities management system to optimise operations.
You will manage trade contractors, budgets, capex, safety compliance, and stakeholder engagement to support venue teams and ensure high service standards across the portfolio.
