About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate Junior Full Stack Developer to join our team at Star Phones!
You’ll work on real-world e-commerce applications, frontend and backend development, API integrations, SEO improvements, and AI-powered automation.
We don’t expect you to know everything. We value logical thinking, problem-solving, curiosity, and the ability to learn and adapt.
Responsibilities
✅ Develop and maintain full-stack web applications.
✅ Build and improve frontend interfaces using React and Next.js.
✅ Work with backend services, APIs, and databases.
✅ Debug issues, troubleshoot problems, and improve application performance.
✅ Implement technical SEO improvements and optimise Core Web Vitals.
✅ Explore AI-powered automation and development workflows.
✅ Collaborate on new features and internal tools.
Required Qualifications
✅ Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
✅ Basic knowledge of React, Next.js, and Node.js.
✅ Familiarity with REST APIs, databases, and Git.
✅ Basic understanding of SEO and website optimisation.
✅ Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Cursor.
✅ Robust problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
Nice to Have
⭐ Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
⭐ Familiarity with AWS or cloud services.
⭐ E-commerce development experience.
⭐ Google Search Console or Google Analytics knowledge.
⭐ Personal projects or GitHub portfolio.
