About the Role A privately-owned commercial and industrial D&C; builder needs a Junior Estimator to join its estimating team. You’ll price $2–10M tenders, mainly industrial, and report to a Senior Estimator in Geelong. You’ll work closely with subcontractors on scopes and value engineering, with some BD support. - BD and sales experience
- 3–4 days Ballarat, 1–2 from Geelong

Key Responsibilities

- Price D&C; tenders from $2–10M
- Develop scopes and compare quotes with subcontractors
- Support value engineering
- Review drawings and build accurate estimates
- Act on Senior Estimator direction and feedback




- Support BD and tender follow-up

Skills & Experience

- Commercial or industrial estimating experience
- D&C; exposure
- Commercial nous with subcontractors
- Takes direction and feedback well
- Nice to have: industrial or warehouse projects, interest in BD
