Are you finishing school this year and looking for a new job? Interested in food, baking and learning practical kitchen skills?

Luna’s Deli is an artisan café, deli and gelateria where we make our products from scratch on site. We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic junior to join our kitchen team on weekends and some weekdays.

You’ll work alongside experienced pastry chefs, learning how we prepare our food—from baking and finishing pastries to making sandwiches, toasties and sauces.

What you’ll do

- Bake and finish pastries, following our recipes and instructions.
- Assemble sandwiches and help during kitchen service.
- Prepare toasties, sauces and other ingredients.
- Assist with daily food preparation.
- Keep the kitchen clean and organised.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.

Who we’re looking for:
- Someone finishing school this year and looking for work on weekends and some weekdays.
- An interest in food, baking and learning new skills.




- A reliable person who arrives on time and takes pride in their work.
- Someone who enjoys teamwork and follows instructions.
- Availability for early morning shifts, starting at 5:30 am on some days.

Previous kitchen experience is welcome, but not essential. We’ll provide training—you bring enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
