Your Role in the Learning Adventure:

EMBRACE – Build positive relationships with students and provide nurturing pastoral and educational support.

CREATE – Support engaging learning experiences that encourage curiosity, exploration and discovery.

SOAR – Help students build confidence, independence and positive engagement in their learning.

BLAZE – Support student behaviour and engagement using a range of effective strategies.

IMPACT – Contribute to a safe, supportive and respectful learning workplace where every student can flourish.

What You Bring:

- Minimum 3 years’ direct experience as an Education Assistant

- Experience with inquiry and explicit instruction pedagogical approaches

- Understanding of student behaviour, engagement and support strategies

- Education (Teachers’) Assistant Certificate or related qualification

- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates, or willingness to obtain

- Current National Police Clearance and WWCC, or willingness to obtain

- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively as part of a team
