Kitchen Hand Duties
Food Preparation
- Prepare almond croissants
- Prep vegetables (wash, peel, chop, and portion)
- Assist with basic food preparation as directed
- Refill ingredients and stock as needed
- Label and store food correctly
Cleaning & Dishwashing
- Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment
- Operate and maintain the dishwasher
- Keep sinks and washing areas clean and organized
- Empty rubbish and recycling bins
- Clean and sanitize benches, preparation areas, and equipment
Kitchen Maintenance
- Sweep and mop floors throughout the day
- Deep clean floors at the end of service
- Clean fridges, shelves, and storage areas
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work setting
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
