Cook – Mandolin Restaurant

Mandolin Restaurant is looking for a motivated and reliable Cook to join our kitchen team for night-time dinner service. We’re seeking someone who is passionate about food, takes pride in their work, and can perform well in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and freshness across all menu items.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.
- Assist with food preparation, stock rotation, and kitchen organisation.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient dinner service.




- Manage multiple orders during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail.

About You:

- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred.
- Available to work evening and night shifts.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and solid teamwork skills.
- Passion for quality food and maintaining high kitchen standards.
