About the role

- Maintaining service standards in a refined restaurant environment to ensure a world class hospitality experience
- Contributing to food preparation & cleaning kitchen equipment
- Ensuring OH&S; compliance with strict food hygiene practices
- Provide exceptional guest service; menu recommendations, processing orders and payments accurately and delivering food & drinks promptly

About you

- Communication Skills: solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability: ability to work in a face-paced and high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience:



previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Positivity: a team player with a willingness to learn and strong work ethic
- Flexibility: availability over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
