K-POCKET is a growing Korean street food business located at Westfield Southland Shopping Centre, Cheltenham, VIC.

We specialise in Korean-style croquette sandwiches and are looking for a responsible, motivated and experienced Full-Time Store Manager / Team Leader to help lead our team and manage daily store operations.

This is an excellent chance for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, leading a team and growing together with a developing business.

Position Available

- Full-Time Store Manager / Team Leader
- Pay: $30 per hour, plus superannuation in accordance with Australian law

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth service
- Lead, support and coordinate team members
- Organise staff shifts and manage team availability
- Maintain food quality, food safety and cleanliness standards
- Assist with food preparation, cooking and customer service when needed
- Monitor stock levels and help manage inventory
- Train staff and maintain a positive, productive team environment
- Take responsibility for solving day-to-day operational issues

Who We're Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service or a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Reliable, punctual and willing to take responsibility
- Able to work independently and make practical decisions




- Comfortable leading a team and supporting staff during busy periods
- Interested in a long-term position and growing with the business

Experience in baking, pastry, bakery or food preparation is an advantage. We are looking for someone who does more than simply complete assigned tasks. We need a dependable team leader who can take ownership of daily operations, support our staff and work closely with management to build a successful business.

Current trading hours

- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Thursday & Friday: 9:00am – 9:00pm

Full-time working hours and roster arrangements will be discussed with the successful applicant, based on business needs and availability.
