Expeditions Early Learning Journey is a small family-owned and operated company. We have multiple services across QLD and are looking for our next shining stars to join our incredible journey.

We are opening Raceview 2 which is a brand‑new early learning service in the Raceview area and we’re searching for passionate and experienced Lead Educators and Educators to join the team.

At Expeditions, you will work alongside a fantastic Centre Director who has created a collaborative, supportive and fun working environment for their team of Educators. Expeditions has built a highly respectable reputation within our community for being open, honest, supportive and present for our team. We are looking for the right candidates to help create a consistent and reliable workplace for the children, families and community.

The positions encompasses the following:

- Providing quality childcare, supervision and support to the children, families and other staff members at our service
- Ensuring the centre is compliant with all state legislation and NQF standards




- Delivering a program compliant with the learning frameworks and based around the children's interests
- Delivering consistent high-quality care and presentation to all work practices
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with centre staff, parents, children and the wider community

To be successful in your application, you must have the following:

- Qualified Cert 3 and Diploma or working towards
- Current Working with Children Check
- Police Criminal Check
- Child Protection Training
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma and CPR qualifications
- Experience implementing the various learning frameworks (specifically the EYLF)
- Ability to provide a rich and stimulating environment to all children
- Professional attitude
- Effective and competent communicator
- Empathy, motivation, inspiration and a genuine love for the education of children
- Ability to work with a supportive network, i.e. Director, Assistant Director, Educational Leader and external management company
- A high attention to detail, ability to provide an organised room environment and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
