/ Shape & Build an Organisation-Wide Framework / Leadership Development, Capability & Inclusion / Established & Growing Organisation An established organisation experiencing continued growth and change is seeking an experienced Learning and Development professional to lead the next phase of its learning and capability agenda. With solid organisational support and a solid foundation already in place, this is an opportunity to bring greater structure, consistency and maturity to learning and development across the business.

Working within the broader People & Culture function, the Learning and Development Lead will shape and embed a practical and scalable L&D; framework aligned to current and future capability needs. Working closely with leaders and employees across the organisation, you will identify capability gaps, establish development priorities, review existing learning programs and strengthen internal capability. Leadership development and creating clearer development pathways will also form an important part of the role.

Alongside the broader learning and capability agenda,



you will contribute to the continued development and implementation of initiatives and policies across respectful workplace, inclusion and workplace bullying. With strong organisational buy-in and an established foundation already in place, you will work collaboratively across the business to ensure these initiatives are practical, contemporary and effectively embedded.

An experienced Learning and Development professional, you will have demonstrated experience building, improving or embedding L&D; and capability frameworks within a growing or changing organisation. Comfortable operating across both strategy and hands-on delivery, you will be pragmatic, collaborative and commercially minded, with the ability to engage and influence leaders and employees across both operational and corporate environments.
