Yo-Bar is seeking a hands-on Store Leader to support the Store Manager at Chadstone. In this full time role (38 hours over 5 days), you will lead from the floor in a fast-paced, high-energy store, guiding the team and ensuring exceptional customer experiences during peak periods.

You’ll drive performance, coach staff, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety while owning shifts in the manager’s absence. Weekend/evening availability is essential.
