As a Breakdown Crew Operator, you'll play a critical role in preparing and maintaining equipment, helping ensure our operations run safely, efficiently and on schedule. Your new day to day:

Strip, clean and prepare production equipment following each shift

Reassemble machinery and consumables ready for the next production run

Test equipment and perform basic troubleshooting to identify issues

Change, clean and maintain dies, knives and blades

Ensure all machine parts are accounted for and safely stored

Complete cleaning of high-risk equipment to required hygiene standards

Return equipment and production items to designated locations

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and confidence working with equipment

Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision





Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Reliable, punctual and committed to meeting daily production deadlines A proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying equipment issues

Commitment to workplace safety, hygiene and food quality standards

Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Physical fitness to perform manual handling and repetitive tasks

Previous experience in manufacturing, food production or maintenance environments will be highly regarded highly regarded
