An opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manger has become available, for a driven and motivated individual, to improve and enhance the Maintenance operations within a fast paced food manufacturing environment.

Based in the Bayside area, and holding responsibilities across 2 sites in the south east of Melbourne, the Maintenance Manager will coordinate, lead and manage a small team of Fitters and Maintenance Technicians to ensure production efficiency and optimisation.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Maintenance Manager will be provide hands-on mechanical works and repairs, lead by example, and be accountable for preventative maintenance, breakdown response, equipment reliability, as well as spare parts management, compliance,



and continuous improvement activities across 2 manufacturing sites.

The successful candidate will hold relevant certifications, and a strong expertise in Maintenance, and preventative maintenance systems within an FMCG environment. Knowledge of PLC equipment, industrial ovens, freezers and packaging equipment within the food manufacturing sector will be highly regarded.
