As a Management Trainee, you'll learn from experienced leaders, build operational expertise, and play an active role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

- Oversee day-to-day operations: Support across sales, stock, customers and store performance;
- Learn every part of the business: From sales and stock to buys & loans, gaining hands-on experience across all areas;
- Work alongside experienced leaders: Learn how to plan, prioritise and run day-to-day operations effectively;
- Build strong customer outcomes: Handle escalations, support customers and lead by example on the shop floor; and
- Grow your confidence: Take on increasing responsibility over time.

About You

- Proven leadership capability, with experience guiding or supporting team performance;
- Curious and adaptable, with ambition to develop into a store leadership role;
- Motivated to grow,



with a strong interest in developing leadership and business skills;
- Open to learning all aspects of the business;
- Confident communicator, able to influence, coach and build strong relationships; and
- Resilient and solutions-focused, able to handle challenges and change.
