Are you an organised and hands-on marketer who enjoys coordinating campaigns, content and creative projects? Join Brother’s Sewing & Craft team for a three-month contract and help deliver marketing activities for a well-known global brand.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will coordinate day-to-day marketing activities across the Sewing & Craft division, supporting campaigns, product launches, promotions, events and digital content. You will help keep projects, assets and stakeholders organised so that work is delivered accurately and on time.

This opportunity would suit an early-career marketer or experienced coordinator who can quickly get involved, manage competing priorities and make a practical contribution from day one.

About the role

As Marketing Coordinator, you will provide practical coordination and administrative support across a varied program of marketing activity for Brother's Sewing & Craft products, customers and creative communities. Working with colleagues, agencies, suppliers and retail partners, you will help move projects from brief to delivery while maintaining accurate information, consistent brand presentation and clear communication.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate campaign assets, product information and marketing materials from briefing through to production and distribution.

- Support product launches, promotions, events and other customer or retailer marketing initiatives.

- Update website and email content and assist with digital campaign delivery and reporting.

- Liaise with internal stakeholders, creative agencies, suppliers and retail partners to coordinate requirements,



approvals and deadlines.

- Maintain image libraries, product assets, campaign schedules, marketing resources and documentation so information remains current and accessible.

- Track project actions, timelines and deliverables and provide general marketing administration as required.

- Use approved AI and digital tools to support content development, workflow efficiency, reporting and administration while maintaining accuracy, brand consistency and compliance with internal processes.

About you

- Experience in a marketing, communications or similar coordination role.

- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Transparent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders.

- A collaborative, practical approach and the ability to work independently within established processes.

- Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital business tools; experience with email marketing platforms, content management systems, Canva or Adobe tools would be advantageous.

- An interest in Sewing & Craft products, creative communities or consumer marketing would be well regarded.
