Join a well-established Western Australian not-for-profit organisation providing specialist dementia care, support and education services across WA. The organisation supports people living with dementia, alongside their families and carers, with a strong focus on improving the lived experience throughout every stage of the dementia journey.

Operating within the aged care and community services sector, the organisation delivers specialist services while also advocating, educating and raising awareness of dementia across the wider community. With a strong purpose-led culture, the organisation works closely with individuals, families, industry partners and community stakeholders across Western Australia.

Your new role

You will lead a small marketing team and work closely with the CEO, leadership team and wider organisation to strengthen brand awareness, stakeholder engagement and revenue-generating activity.

- Develop and deliver annual marketing, communications and stakeholder engagement plans.

- Lead brand strategy, positioning and brand consistency across the organisation.

- Manage PR and media activity, including media releases, briefing notes, media enquiries and proactive opportunities.

- Oversee digital marketing, website content, social media and marketing collateral.

- Lead campaigns, events and community awareness initiatives.

- Support fundraising activity across corporate partnerships, donors, sponsorships and other revenue streams.

- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, sponsors and media.

- Manage the marketing budget, reporting, performance metrics and KPIs.

- Lead, coach and develop a small marketing and creative team.

- Provide strategic marketing and communications advice directly to the CEO and leadership team.

What you'll need to succeed





- Demonstrated experience across marketing, communications, PR and media relations.

- Strong experience leading marketing and/or fundraising campaigns.

- Experience generating revenue through fundraising, partnerships, sponsorships or donor programs.

- Proven people leadership experience within a small team.

- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent written communication skills across media releases, articles, speeches, campaigns and marketing copy.

- Experience managing budgets, reporting and marketing performance.

- A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, Fundraising, Event Management or a related discipline.

- At least five years' experience managing marketing and/or fundraising campaigns.

- Experience within health, aged care, community services or the not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded.
