As a Marketing Manager for a Project Marketing Agency, you will play a pivotal role in executing strategic marketing initiatives for residential real estate projects and their property management and residential sales teams. Working closely with the Marketing Director and project teams, you will contribute to the development and implementation of creative marketing campaigns that elevate our clients' developments and attract potential homebuyers. Your expertise in real estate marketing and ability to multitask effectively will be essential in ensuring the success of their projects.

The Role:





- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for active projects, adjusting tactics based on the project's stage.
- Monitor and manage campaigns to drive sales, with specific goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimise results.
- Manage budgets and timelines to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.

About you:

- Proven experience as a marketing manager for residential real estate or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate marketing principles, customer segmentation, and market positioning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity in crafting engaging marketing content.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics tools.
- Indesign experience highly beneficial
- Previous leadership experience preferred
