Role Description This is a part-time, in office Massage Therapist role based in Perth, WA.

The Massage

Therapist will provide remedial and therapeutic massage treatments to clients recovering from work-related injuries, motor vehicle accidents, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client needs, developing and delivering appropriate massage treatment plans, and documenting clinical notes in line with clinic standards.



The role involves working closely with physiotherapists and other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated, client-centered care.

The Massage

Therapist will also support clients with stress management, educate them on self-care strategies, and contribute to a welcoming, professional clinic environment.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage to address musculoskeletal pain and support rehabilitation.
- Experience or training in Shiatsu or similar techniques to complement remedial and relaxation-based treatments.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, communicate clearly, and support clients through their recovery journey.
- Ability to incorporate Stress Management principles into treatment plans and client education.
- Relevant massage therapy qualification (e.g., Diploma in Remedial Massage or equivalent) and professional registration where applicable.
- Current professional indemnity insurance and eligibility to work in Australia.
- Experience in multidisciplinary or rehabilitation settings, particularly with work-related or motor vehicle injuries, is highly regarded.
- Reliability, professional conduct, and the ability to work collaboratively within an allied health team.
