Pro Services is expanding — and we’re looking for reliable, hands-on mechanical fitters, welders and fabricators to join our team for maintenance breakdown and shutdown contracts at processing plants in the Robinvale area. This is a great opportunity to secure steady, well-paid work on a 7 days on / 7 days off roster (12-hour shifts) over a 3-month contract. Strong performers will be considered for ongoing work beyond the contract.

? About the Role

As a Mechanical Fitter / Welder / Fabricator, you’ll be responsible for:

- Carrying out maintenance and breakdown repairs

- Fitting, welding and fabrication work as required on-site

- General trade duties — lifting, carrying, cleaning down, site prep

- Following safe work procedures on an active food processing site

- Working to instructions from supervisors and leading hands

? What You’ll Bring

- White Card (Construction Induction) — required

- Trade qualification in fitting, welding or fabrication (preferred but not essential)

- Previous maintenance or shutdown experience (preferred but not essential)

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team

- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 7-on/7-off roster

- Must be able to work safely on an active industrial site

- Own transport to site
