Role DescriptionThis role provides an opportunity to lead the architecture of complex Microsoft Up-to-date Workplace transformations, working with senior client stakeholders and multidisciplinary delivery teams to shape secure, scalable, and operationally sustainable solutions.The Modern Workplace Technical Architect provides end-to-end technical leadership across the client program, ensuring solution components are aligned to the target architecture, security requirements, operational objectives, and Microsoft technology roadmap. The role is responsible for maintaining architectural integrity across multiple workstreams including Identity, End User Computing, Collaboration, Unified Communications, Information Governance, Compliance, and Cloud Services.Working closely with client stakeholders, security teams, solution architects, and delivery leads, the Modern Workplace Technical Architect provides governance, design assurance, technical decision-making, and architecture oversight throughout the design, build, testing, and deployment phases of the program.You must be an Australian citizen to apply; security clearance is highly regarded.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide overarching architecture leadership across the Modern Workplace workstreams.Provide architecture direction and assurance, while workstream solution architects retain responsibility for detailed solution design and delivery artefactsDefine and govern the target-state Microsoft 365 architecture for the client environment.Ensure solution alignment across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Purview, and Windows 365 services.Review and provide feedback on solution designs, architecture decisions,
