Driver Hire Tasmania is seeking an experienced MR Driver to join the team of one of our key clients based in Devonport.

About the role

This is a genuine local pick-up and delivery (PUD) role working across a mix of business and residential deliveries, managing multiple stops and playing an important part in keeping freight moving across the region.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct local pick-up and delivery work across Devonport and surrounding areas

- Manage multiple stops and multi-drop deliveries

- Deliver to both commercial and residential customers

- Assist with loading and unloading

- Collect freight as part of PUD operations

About you

- Current MR licence and demonstrated commercial driving experience

- Genuine PUD experience, including multi-drop deliveries and collections





- Good local knowledge of Devonport and surrounding areas

- Confidence delivering to both commercial and residential customers
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

- Positive communication skills and a customer-focused approach

- Physical fitness and willingness to assist with loading and unloading

- Reliability, flexibility and readiness for a busy peak period
