About the role

This is a hands-on, operational role supporting airline catering operations at Perth Airport. You will work closely with airline staff and ground teams to ensure catering equipment, meals and supplies are delivered to aircraft efficiently and safely. Driving is only a small part of the job.

Key responsibilities

- Transporting catering equipment and supplies between the catering facility and aircraft

- Working alongside airline staff and ground crew during aircraft servicing

- Offloading catering supplies onto aircraft

- Removing equipment, trolleys and rubbish from arriving flights and returning them to the facility

- Following strict airport security, safety and operational procedures

- Supporting the smooth turnaround of aircraft within scheduled timeframes

About you

- A current MR (Medium Rigid) driver's licence

- Full Australian work rights,



with a valid visa or citizenship status that permits you to undertake the employment and roster requirements
- The ability to commit to a minimum of 5 shifts per week across a rotating 24/7 roster
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A reliable, punctual and flexible approach to work
- The physical capability to undertake manual handling and work in a fast-paced airport environment

- A qualified attitude when working around aircraft, airline personnel and airport operations

- Previous experience in transport, logistics, catering, warehousing or airport operations will be advantageous
