Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Multimedia Specialist to join our team in Artarmon. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and integrating interactive multimedia content and digital assets across our web-based platforms and applications. The role combines creative design, digital technologies and user-centred approaches to deliver engaging, functional and visually effective digital experiences.

The Multimedia Specialist will work closely with the Group Marketing Manager, Creative Director and Client Services Manager to ensure digital solutions meet business and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop interactive multimedia content, graphics and digital assets for web-based platforms and applications.
2. Create and integrate multimedia elements, including animations, interactive graphics and visual content, to enhance user engagement.
3. Develop user interface designs, wireframes, prototypes and interactive digital experiences.
4. Collaborate with developers,



creative teams and stakeholders to implement multimedia solutions that meet project requirements.
5. Test, review and optimise multimedia content and interactive features to ensure usability, functionality and performance.
6. Consult with clients and internal stakeholders to identify multimedia requirements and develop suitable digital solutions.
7. Maintain and update multimedia content and digital assets to support ongoing platform improvements and new projects.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Interaction Design, Digital Design, Design Computing or a closely related field.
- At least one year of relevant professional experience in multimedia design, interactive digital content or a related field.
- Proficiency in multimedia design, digital prototyping and interactive design software.
- Understanding of web technologies, digital platforms, user interface design and multimedia integration.
- Ability to create engaging digital content, interactive graphics, wireframes and prototypes.
- Strong creative, technical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Positive communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with creative and technical teams.
