About the role

You'll mainly provide nail services in a boutique salon with a wine bar vibe. Melt Nail Bar is a relaxed, welcoming space in Bronte where clients come in with friends, enjoy a glass of wine, and make an occasion of their appointment, creating a fun, social atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

- Provide manicures and pedicures, including Gel/Shellac
- BIAB application, overlays and refills
- Gel removal, nail preparation and natural nail care
- Nail art
- Client consultations and colour/service recommendations
- Maintain excellent hygiene and salon presentation standards
- Help create the warm, polished experience Melt is known for
- Depending on your experience and qualifications, you may also perform or train in brows, lashes and spray tanning

About you

- Have Australian working rights and live in Sydney
- Have professional nail technician experience (essential)
- Are confident with manicures, pedicures, gel services and BIAB
- Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in a flawless finish
- Are friendly, reliable and enjoy building relationships with clients
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Understand the importance of hygiene, cleanliness and presentation
- Are available to work busier days (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) on a rotating roster
