New Vehicle Sales Cadet / Experienced Sales Consultant – Eastside Škoda

Eastside Škoda is looking for a motivated New Vehicle Sales Cadet or Experienced Sales Consultant to join Australia’s highest-volume Škoda dealership.

This is a genuine long-term career prospect within a high-performing, family-owned dealership that is part of the Jefferson Automotive Group. Whether you already have automotive sales experience or are coming from retail, hospitality, call centres or another customer-facing background, we welcome applications from people who are ambitious, personable and ready to build a successful career in vehicle sales.

About the Role

You will guide customers through the full vehicle purchasing journey — from initial enquiry through to delivery — while delivering an outstanding experience that turns enquiries into long-term customers. You’ll be supported by an experienced, hands-on management team and receive structured training and ongoing coaching so you can succeed, whether you’re new to the industry or looking to take the next step in your career.

What You’ll Bring

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine customer-first approach
- High motivation, drive and a goal-oriented mindset
- Professional presentation, reliability and punctuality
- Experience in sales, retail, hospitality or customer service (automotive experience is advantageous but not essential)




- A current and valid driver’s license
