Carer Solutions was founded in 2011 with a clear mission to create a much-needed solution for people living with disabilities and their support networks. We pioneered Australia’s first and only Direct Employ model and have since supported thousands of people to employ trusted Support Workers from within their own communities.

We’re seeking an Onboarding & Engagement Coordinator to join our Growth and Innovation team in Melbourne. Based in our Prahran office, you’ll be part of the Community Engagement Support Team, helping Partners (our clients) and their Support Workers get started with Carer Solutions and providing responsive support throughout their journey.

The impact you will drive

As a first point of contact, you’ll respond to enquiries, coordinate onboarding and provide ongoing account support. Your ability to explain information clearly, keep accurate records and follow through will help Partners feel informed, confident and supported.

In this role, you will:

- Respond to general enquiries and new Direct Employ enquiries, explaining the model and next steps

- Coordinate onboarding, ensuring documentation, required checks and account set up are accurate and completed

- Help Partners understand employer responsibilities and their obligations

- Manage accounts follow up on outstanding actions and coordinate support when required

- Work closely with the broader team, connecting callers with specialist assistance and ensuring clear handovers

- Maintain up-to-date CRM records,



contribute to agreed service KPIs and support with occasional community events

What makes you a great fit

- Experience in customer service, onboarding or administration, ideally within disability, community or employment services
- A warm, person-centred approach and the ability to build trusting relationships with people from diverse backgrounds

- Robust organisation and attention to detail, with confidence managing enquiries, documentation and competing priorities

- Clear communication and practical problem-solving skills, including knowing when to seek assistance and support

- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and a willingness to learn the Direct Employ model and relevant employment and NDIS requirements
- A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required for occasional travel. You will also need to hold or obtain a Working with Children Check and a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
